Report Overview

This is Studio Dragon's fourth sustainability report. Studio Dragon seeks to communicate its vision for sustainable management, performance achievements, and future plans with stakeholders through this report.

Reporting Scope

This report covers sustainability management activities and performance at Studio Dragon's headquarters. Financial information is presented on a separate financial statement basis, with content prepared under consolidated financial statements indicated by footnotes. Certain non-financial information includes data from Studio Dragon's principal subsidiaries: Hwa&dam Pictures, Inc, D+Studio, GT:st Co., Ltd., Gill Pictures Co., Ltd., Next Scene, and JS Pictures Co., Ltd.

Reporting Period and Base Date

This report covers the 2025 fiscal year, from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Some ESG activities and performance data extend through the first half of 2026. Quantitative data presented covers the three most recent fiscal years (2023–2025), with all data as of December 31 unless otherwise noted in the text. The report is issued annually.

Reporting Standards

This report has been prepared in accordance with GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standards 2021 and references the sustainability disclosure standards established by the ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board) and the KSSB (Korea Sustainability Standards Board). To reflect material issues specific to its industry, Studio Dragon also adheres to SASB (The Sustainability Accounting Standards Board) disclosure standards and includes activities supporting compliance with the UNGC (UN Global Compact Initiative) Ten Principles.

Third-Party Assurance

This report has undergone independent third-party assurance by the Korean Standards Association (KSA) in accordance with AA1000AS v3 (Type 1, Moderate) to assure the quality and reliability of sustainability information.
