Studio Dragon conducts materiality assessments based on the Double Materiality concept required by the GRI Standards and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) to systematically identify and manage key ESG issues related to sustainability management. Following the GRI and CJ Group Standard materiality assessment methodologies, the company performs double materiality assessments through a structured process: internal and external environment analysis, stakeholder feedback collection, impact and financial materiality evaluation, internal review, and management consultation.
During the assessment process, Studio Dragon identified a total of 13 ESG issues by comprehensively reflecting global disclosure standards, industry characteristics, media analysis, and policy and regulatory trends. For each issue, materiality was analyzed based on the scale and likelihood of impact and financial significance. Based on these results, and through stakeholder opinion gathering, internal review, and management consultation, the company selected the final five material issues.
The selected material issues are reflected in the company-wide risk management system and ESG strategy development process. Related risks and opportunities are continuously monitored at the Board of Directors level. Studio Dragon also aims to strengthen stakeholder communication by transparently disclosing the impact, risks and opportunities, management directions, and implementation performance of each issue through the sustainability report.
