Studio Dragon is participating in the K-CONTENT ESG LEADERS initiative hosted by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) to strengthen the foundation for sustainable growth in the content industry. This initiative is a public-private partnership where major companies from the music, broadcasting, and gaming sectors cooperate to identify and execute industry-wide joint tasks across all environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions.
Through this collaborative framework, Studio Dragon contributes to establishing a shared foundation for spreading ESG practices across the content industry, while deriving major ESG agendas and advancing response strategies based on industry-specific characteristics alongside peer companies. In particular, the company is systematically accumulating ESG execution capabilities by collectively responding to changes in government policies and regulatory frameworks, and by sharing best practices and experiences among participating corporations. Furthermore, the company actively engages in internal workshops and discussion processes to deepen its understanding of content industry-specific ESG issues—such as creating an environmentally responsible production environment, responding to labor and human rights policies, and expanding Diversity and Inclusion (DE&I)—and reflect these insights into its management activities.
Moving forward, based on its participation in the K-CONTENT ESG LEADERS, Studio Dragon plans to lead the identification of sustainability challenges within the industry, embed ESG perspectives throughout its content production and business operations, and ultimately contribute to the sustainable development of the K-Content industry.
