Environmental Performance
Studio Dragon is advancing environmental management practices to strengthen its environmental management system (EMS) and create a responsible production environment. The company is strengthening its sustainability foundation by expanding GHG management scope, reinforcing resource circularity across its production operations, advancing biodiversity conservation initiatives, and establishing an ISO 14001-based EMS.

Social Performance
Studio Dragon is advancing safety management standards across its production operations based on an ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). The Company is also reducing high-risk work by leveraging Virtual Production (VP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in production innovation and building a sustainable content production ecosystem by strengthening fair trade practices and operating creator support programs.

Governance Performance
Studio Dragon is strengthening its Board-led ESG governance by enhancing its ESG disclosure and assessment capabilities and building a responsible governance framework. It also continues to enhance transparency and credibility by increasing Board diversity through the appointment of female directors, refining Board evaluation systems, and strengthening ethics and compliance training.
